ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ
ਜਲੰਧਰ (ਸੌਰਬ ਗੁਪਤਾ) ਜਲੰਧਰ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਈ ਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਹੇਠੋਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੱਟਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਠੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
Jalandhar : Deputy Commissioner Jaspreet Singh on Tuesday called upon farmers to remove their wheat crops around transformers at priority to prevent any kind of fire incident in their respective fields. The DC said that since several farm fire incidents have been reported across the state, it has become evident to remove crops surrounding transformers and from under high-tension power cables. He appealed to farmers to start removing their wheat crops around power transformers at priority. The deputy commissioner has also directed the officials of PSPCL to check all their transformers established in the fields so that any possibility of sparking can be plugged well in time.
